The Swiss Youth Championship is a 7-round Swiss system tournament taking place in Olten, Switzerland, between May 26th and May 29th 2023. Four sections will be broadcasted live: U16 / U14 / U12 / U10 .

The 10th Cherry Blossom Classic will take place from 24-29 May 2023 in Dulles, Virginia, USA. The tournament has prize fund of 12 000 USD – 4000 for the winner. The time control is 90 minutes for the entire game with a 30-second increment beginning from move 1. The tournament system is 9-round Swiss and top five rated players are Illya Nyzhnyk, Vasif Durarbayli, Mikhail Al. Antipov, John M Burke and Semen Khanin.

In the under-10 groups players receive 75 minutes for 40 moves, then 15 minutes for the rest of the game plus 30 seconds per move starting from move one, and play 11 rounds in all.
