Leer Chess Open 2024 Group A LIVE

The 7th edition of the Leer Chess Open tournament is taking place from October 31 to November 3 in the eponymous city in Germany. Group A has 116 participants who will be competing in 7 rounds Swiss. GM Martyn Kravtsiv claims the title at the Lviv Rapid Chess Championship 2024

The Open Charity Chess Tournament Lviv Rapid Championship 2024, an event to help enlisted Lviv State University teachers and promote the Rapid game mode in the country, has concluded with the victory of Martyn Kravtsiv. He managed to score the impressive 9 wins and 1 tie for a total of 9.5 points in 10 games. Maksym Dubnevych also achieved the same amount of points, but had inferior tiebreakers and placed second.

Ghosh Aronyak wins the Chess MASTERS Annemasse 2024

Ghosh Aronyak is the winner in the Chess MASTERS Annemasse 2024 in France. He accrued a total of 7 points in 9 rounds, netting 5 wins and 4 ties. The same amount of points was reached by second place Venkataraman Karthik and third place Polina Shuvalova, with the three separated only by tiebreakers. Kazakhstan Men Rapid Chess Championship 2024 has concluded and Azamat Utegaliyev has emerged victorious, scoring 7.5 points in 9 rounds of play. Second place winner Kazybek Nogerbek had the same amount of points, but lesser tiebreakers. In a similar situation, third place went to Konstantin Kazakov, who accrued 6.5 points, the same as fourth place Aslan Aitbayev.
