The Festival Baku Open 2023 dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev is consist of 3 tournaments (A, B and C). The 9-round Swiss open is taking place in the Crystal Place from May 3 to 13. The time control is 90 minutes for 40 moves, then 30 minutes for the rest of the game, with a 30-second increment from move 1. Live broadcast of games with a 15-minute delay. The total prize fund is $55,000, with $12,000 for 1st place in Group A.
