Andrei Filatov nominated for the post of FIDE Vice-President

The Russian Chess Federation (RCF) is nominating Andrei Filatov, President of the RCF, to the post of Vice-President of FIDE (the World Chess Federation).

The next elections for the FIDE leadership, including the president and vice-presidents, will take place on 11 August 2014 in the Norwegian city of Tromsø during the World Chess Olympiad.
