The World Junior Chess Championship 2014 (for boys & girls under 20) is held in Pune, India, from 5th October (arrival) to 20th October (departure) 2014.

The Championship is organized and conducted by Maharashtra Chess Association under the auspices of AICF and FIDE in 13-round Swiss format.

Last year champions were Yu Yangyi and Alexandra Goryachkina.
