From 21 to 24 October 2015 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Dresden, Germany, by the FIDE Commission for Chess for the Disabled (DIS), in cooperation with the German Chess Federation and under auspices of FIDE

From 30 October to 2 November 2015, a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was held in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, in cooperation with the UAE Chess Federation, UAE Leaders Qualification Centre and under the auspices of FIDE.

A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 23 to 26 January 2016 in Antalya, Turkey, by the Turkish Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

The 25th FIDE World Senior Women Chess Championship is taking place from November 9-22, 2015, in Acqui Terme, Piemonte, Italy.

The event is a 9-round Swiss tournament, headed by Georgian player WIM Nino Melashvili (2125).

17 players from 7 different countries take part in the event.
