Satty Zhuldyz Chess Festival 2023 is a round robin tournament with Levon Aronian, Yifan Hou, Arjun Erigaisi, Alexander Grischuk, Vladimir Kramnik, Vincent Keymer, Haik Martirosyan, Boris Gelfand, Javokhir Sindarov, Jakhongir Vakhidov, Kateryna Lagno, and Bibisara Assaubayeva.

The 1st International Chess Tournament “Rustam Kasimdzhanov Cup” was played in Tashkent, Uzbekistan from 28th to 29th March 2023. It was a round robin with 10 players, including Alexander Grischuk, Parham Maghsoodloo, Shamsiddin Vokhidov, Nordibek Abdusattorov, Shakhriyar Mamedyarov, Javokhir Sindarov, Jakhongir Vakhidov, Rustam Kasimdzhanov, Nordibek Yakubboev, and Jorden Van Foreest.

The The O2C Doeberl Cup 2023 will take place from 06 – 10 April 2023 in Canberra Southern Cross Club Woden, Australia. The tournament is separated in 6 differenct cattegories – 2023 Premier Tournament (9 rounds), 2023 Major Tournament Tournament (7 Rounds), 2023 Minor Tournament (7 Rounds), 2023 Mini Tournament (7 Rounds), 023 U1200s Tournament (6 Rounds) and 2023 Lightning Tournament . The time control of Premier Tournament is 90 minutes plus a 30-second increment starting from move one.

Chessable Masters 2023 is going to start on Monday, April 3rd (8 am PT, 5pm CET). The 3rd edition of the Chessable Masters features Magnus Carlsen, Hikaru Nakamura, Wesley So, and many of the world’s top players. This is the last tournament where Magnus Carlsen will play as a reigning World Champion. Thus, the event is dubbed as Carlsen’s last dance

The 12th HAJIPETROV Memorial 2023 will take place on 1 April 2023 in Burgas, Bulgaria. The total prize fund of the tournament is 4000 BGN with 600 BGN reward for the first place. The tournament will be played in 7-round Swiss system with time control 10 minutes plus 5 seconds increment starting from move one. In the 12th HAJIPETROV Memorial 2023 will particiapte GM Vasil Spasov, GM Radoslav Dimitrov, GM Ivajlo Enchev, GM VIacheslav Tilicheev, GM Petar Drenchev, etc .

The Great Yarmouth Chess Congress 2023 will take palce from 01-02 April 2023 in Victory Suite, Lord Nelson Grandstand, Jellicoe Road, Great Yarmouth, Great Britain. Players receive 90 minutes for 40 moves plus a 15-second increment starting from move one. It is 5-round Swiss system tournament.

The Women Candidates Chess 2023 final takes place in Chongqing, China. Tan Zhongyi and Lei Tingjie will fight for the right to challenge the current Women’s World Champion, Ju Wenjun.
