The IIFL Wealth 1st Mumbai Junior Chess Tournament is taking place from January 28 to February 5, 2016, at Mount Litera School, in Mumbai, India.

The event is a 9-round Swiss FIDE open tournament for boys and girls U13.

A total of 30 category trophies (three in each category, separately for Boys & Girls) shall be awarded.

On behalf of the Asian Chess Federation and FIDE, the All India Chess Federation has the honour of inviting all Asian National Chess Federations affiliated to FIDE to participate in the Asian Junior (Open & Girls) Chess Championship-2016 in New Delhi, India from 2nd (arrival) to 12th (departure) May 2016.
