The Croatian Individual Women’s Chess Championship is taking place from 9th to 15th March, 2015, in Djakovo, a city in Croatia.

The event is a 10-player round-robin tournament with tempo of play 90′/ 40 + 30′ + 30″.

The 2015 Women’s World Chess Championship which will be held in Sochi, Russia from 16th March to 7th April. Live games will be daily live on Chessdom.com with the top TCEC engines Komodo, Stockfish, and Houdini.

The drawing of lots to determine the colors in the 1st game of the 1st round will take place during the opening ceremony.

The first game is scheduled for March 17 at 15:00 local time.

China won the India-China Chess Summit 2015, organised by Telangana State Chess Association Adhoc Committee at Marriott Hotel, Hyderabad, comfortably by beating India in the final round.

They collected 18 game points and 11 match points, compared to that of 14 and 5 respectively by India, to win the Komati Reddy Prateek Reddy trophy.

The Russian Chess Federation and ArtRusse, which aims to develop a greater understanding of Soviet and Russian art, have signed a partnership agreement.
