The strongest chess event ever held in the UK – The Tech Mahindra Global Chess League is due to start next month in London. The top group of Grand Hotel Adriatico Chess Festival was won by GM Daniel Alsina, who scored 6,5/9. With the same points is IM Konstantin Kavutskiy, but finished second with worse tiebreak.
