11th Mumbai Mayor’s Cup was held from 3 to 9 June in Mumbai.
The venue was Mount Litera School International BKC. The tournament was divided in 3 sections.

The 36th Balaton Open is a 9-round Swiss tournament taking place from 12-20 June 2018 in Balaton, Hungary. Players receive 90 minutes for 40 moves, followed by 30 minutes to the end of the game, plus a 30-second increment starting from move one.
AICF International Women Grandmasters Chess Tournament will be held from 12 to 19 June.
