19th Bad Wiessee Chess Tournament 2015 LIVE!

The 19th Bad Wiessee International Chess Tournament is taking place from October 31st to November 8th, 2015, in the spa town of Bad Wiessee, a spa town on Lake Tegernsee, Bavaria, Germany.

The event is a 9-round Swiss open tournament with prize fund in the amount of € 16,700.

453 players are vying for the first prize of € 2,500. Top seed is German #1 GM Liviu-Dieter Nisipeanu.

The FIDE World Youth & Cadets Championship 2015 resumed after the rest day here in Porto Carras, Halkidiki.

Mosadeghpour Masoud from Iran continued the winning row in the Open U18 group and is now full point ahead of the nearest followers.

The event was a 9-round Swiss open tournament with tempo 90′/40 moves + 30′ + 30″.

The Friendship Games, a 9-round Swiss FIDE rated tournament for title norms, takes place at the Royal Dearborn Hotel and Conference Center in Dearborn, Michigan (suburban Detroit) from 28th October to 1st November.

The event is organized by Michigan Chess Festival LLC (MCFLLC) and the arbiter is IA Hal Bond of Canada.
