Interview with Arjun Erigaisi, board 1 of India for the Chess Olympiad 2024

Chessbase India interviewed Arjun Erigaisi, the top board of India for the upcoming Olympiad in Budapest. “The Olympiad will be very exciting for sure. Last Olympiad China was missing and also Maxime-Vachier Lagrave will be back,” says Erigaisi. He continues, “Last Olympiad we were scattered between two teams, now we have one perfect team, so our chances for gold are even higher.”

GothamChess – Pia Cramling match in Stockholm

The famous streamer IM Levy Rozman aka GothamChess will meet the legendary GM Pia Cramling in Stockholm. The match titled The Battle of Generations will take place from October 28 to November 2. It will consist of 4 classical games, 6 rapid games, and 12 blitz games.
